Penny Black "Decorate the Season"

Geesh.. have you ever had one of those days when you don't like anything??  I started I don't know how many cards today only to stop in disgust! Nothing was working. Finally this evening this started coming together.

I knew I wanted to use these papers so I tried to keep her colors in muted greens, browns and that golden yellow.
Here's the close up

And the inside

Here's all the details:

Hi Dana

I am pleased this one came together as you wanted .. .. nothing worse than having a pile of things you aren't happy with :-(

This image is gorgeous and you have coloured it beautifully - great colour choices and fantastic ribbon.

I hope you manage to salvage some of your "half makes".

Thank you for sharing with Penny Black at Allsorts this month.

Gorgeous card Dana. I love how you have used Autumnal colours for the Decorate the Season stamp. I have seen her used with lots of Xmas colours but not Autumnal. She looks gorgeous.
Thank you for joining us this month at Penny Black at Allsorts and we hope you will join us next time.

Your coloring is just outstanding!!! Thank you
so much for the inspiration and for listing in
detail your Copic choices. One can always practice
to become better at coloring images but it is
very difficult for those of us who don't really
understand "color" to pick the right ones. Blessings to you for putting in the extra time because you sure are blessing us!

Dana, I went through several pages of your cards and they are all spectacular. You do beautiful work. Thank you for dropping my blog. Yes, I love having everything at hand, but I have huge 10 drawer dresser and a closet full also. Sometimes I think we should have a group for all of us card making hoarders. LOL
